Kathy's Kitties

About Us

Kathy's Kitties is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to a trap-neuter-return program that stabilizes populations, reduces birth rates and improves the overall health of the colony of feral cats. All stray cats deserve our compassion and protection, and we believe that there are humane, effective ways to control their population -- that is, through sterilization instead of destruction.

Our mission is to rescue abused, neglected, abandoned and/or unwanted kitties and give them a new home. It is our hope to effect social change in this country to ensure that animals are regarded as loving companions; to alleviate the overpopulation problem in the communities by assisting in TNR; and to provide an animal education service to the public. We don't believe in using the practice of euthanasia unless medically required and that being unwanted and/or homeless should not prevent an animal from being cared for.

Due to the lack of enough funding Kathy's Kitties has no shelter facility.

We have a "Spay Clinic" in downtown Killeen located at 308 N. Gray St.  We operate strictly by sponsors, donations and the many volunteers that donate their time. If you are interested in being a volunteer or wish to make a donation or become one of our sponsors please contact us.
